J. Robert Kinney

Dr. J. Robert Kinney was born and raised in the great state of North Carolina. He has a PhD in political science, with specialties in international relations & terrorism studies, as well as degrees in psychology and forensic science. Kinney has spent time in research for a government contractor, in public policy in Washington DC, taught college courses at a state university, and lectured on crime scene investigation. Currently residing in Tennessee, he enjoys reading, playing basketball, traveling, and teaching on international politics, foreign policy, and terrorism. He also has hosted a podcast on international political topics & current events, called Nutshell Politics, which can be found on Spotify, iHeartRadio, Apple Podcasts, and more. Check it out!
